     Independent Owner and Operator here at Artistique Flow Therapies. I specialize in customized self-care experiences, offering Orthopedic Massage and Bodywork, Therapeutic Massage, Young Living Raindrop Therapy Technique, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Yoga Classes.

     I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance Performance at the University of Central Oklahoma in May of 2016. After college, my passion for movement and interest in the field of Bodywork, Manual and Movement Therapy, and Essential Oils continued to grow as I experienced many healing benefits from each modality myself. The change I created and observed in my own Being was substantial enough that it sparked inspiration.

 

     So in the Fall of 2017, I attended a Holistic Healing Massage School to become a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Orthopedic Massage. I also received a 200 hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training Certification in 2019. ​I've been practicing as a LMT for over five years and a CYT for over three.

     Yoga really is a form of self-massage, so the two truly are inherently intertwined. I enjoy liberating people within their own bodies to move, breathe and expand their awareness in mind, body and spirit. I’d love to hold space for you on the massage table or yoga mat soon!
